seeing that I had bought an Apple Pencil about 2 weeks ago and it already has a crack in it, and the pencil tip has broken, is it possible to get a replacement.

the warranty in general covers production defects discovered after purchased and not user caused defect, so if they judge it as the later you should get a replacement
Apple makes the call on this.
If the crack is deemed a manufacturing defect, Apple will replace the product. If the crack is deemed to be caused by accidental damage, the product will not be replaced.
Is it possible to get a replacement for cracked Apple Pencil with broken tip?
