Unable to send/receive funds on Apple Pay
Apple Pay is not working for me. I have money on Apple Pay so it is not a bank issue. I am unable to send/receive to my kids. Anyone else having this issue.

Apple Pay does not itself hold any money whatsoever. And cannot send or receive it as it's not an account, just a payment conduit.
If you mean Apple Cash, a separate service and account to Apple Pay, then there have been some issues with it, though no specific report in Apple's System status page.
