Can I edit Medication names in Health Apps?

Hi.

it looks like it’s impossible to edit a medication name and form (tablet, capsule etc) once it’s saved.

I can only change color and shape.

Should I archive that med and create a new one?

I don’t want to lose all the logs from the past three years.

Thanks for helping.

This can be fixed. The layout changes depending on the device you are using but you will want to get to the list of everything within the health app (where medications can also be located). On iPhone you will want to open the health app and then go to the “Browse” tab>and click on “medications”>then scroll down and you will see all of your medications. Then click on the medication you want to change under “Your medications”. On iPad it’s the exact same thing except the filters are already on the side so you just click on “medications” from there.
