How do I make my iPhone ring for all calls?

Phone will only ring if caller in my contacts. I would like all calls to ring!!

Go to Settings > Phone, scroll down to Silence Unknown Callers and turn it off.

How can I extend the the number of rings for incoming calls on my iPhone? I am tired of 4 rings, then voicemai on my iPhone. I am continuously missing calls when away from phone as they go too quickly into voicemail. Does anyone else share my frustration?
