My ipad 9th gen wont connect to my ps5 remote play but my iphone will, help please its driving me insane

Hi , I had set up my ipad but it got stuck at remote management by Indianapolis Colts. It said: the configuration for your IPad could not be downloaded from Indianapolis Colts. I can’t started the IIp I can’t set up my Ipad cause of the Remote Management. Please help me
