Edit the existing alarm and set the Repeat option for each day.

Also, you mentioned both "alarm" and "timer" in your initial post. Which one are you actually asking about? It's possible to set a repeating alarm but it is not possible to set a repeating timer.
Go to Alarms, set a new alarm. That should give you the screen below. Repeat is one of the options.
