Image Playground taking a long time to download

Hello

I'm trying to use Apple Intelligence and Image Creation, but the setup has been "In Progress" for almost twelve hours so far. I'm using a 5th Gen iPad Air (M1) running iPad OS 18.2 and I have it connected to fast internet and plugged in.

Any suggestions?
