Issues with iPhone 16 Pro Max – Speaker

Since purchasing my iPhone 16 Pro Max, I have encountered recurring issue.

Speaker Issue: When increasing the volume past halfway, the top speaker produces crackling sounds, particularly during phone calls, significantly affecting sound quality.

Despite updating to iOS 18.0.1, these problems persist, leaving me uncertain whether they are related to hardware defects or software issues. Has anyone experienced similar problems with the iPhone 16 Pro Max?
