My iPhone 13 has been going flat really quickly. Today my phone when from 54% to 30 in ~10 minutes and when my phone gets to 10-20% it automatically turns off and goes flat despite how much charge you’d assume is left. How should I fix it?

Check the status of your battery as follows:
Tap Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging
If the Maximum Capacity is 80% or less, the battery needs to be replaced. Make an appointment at the Apple Store or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop.

Not until you have had the battery replaced. The shop will test everything after the battery replacement process and let you know if there are any other issues.
What is it's battery health?

It’s at 77 now but it was at 85 last month and it was still going flat quickly, would there be any other problems to look into as well?
