iPhone 16 pro Siri listens without response or stops listening in ChatGPT mode

My workflow:

Press side button, Siri activates, screen shows animation, “ask ChatGPT”, Siri shows “working with ChatGPT”. Talk to Siri while the screen is animated, after about 10-15 seconds, finishes talking, no response, screen still in the animated state. Wait for 10 seconds, still no response. Eventually the screen would just go to sleep or return to the “normal” state (no more Apple intelligence activation).

Other than that, my transcription is not always available even though I have set Apple Intelligence > Siri Responses > Always show requests to On.
