Unable to remove app directly from my iPhone Home Screen

Hi Apple Community,

I'm experiencing two frustrating issues with my iPhone, and I need your help to resolve them:

1. iTunes Does Not Recognize My iPhone

• My iPhone won't show up in iTunes when I connect it via USB.
• I've tried the following steps so far:
  • Used a certified Lightning cable and different USB ports.
  • Updated iTunes to the latest version.

Despite these efforts, iTunes still doesn't recognize my iPhone.

2. Unable to Remove App

• I’ve tried removing the app directly from my home screen and through Settings > iPhone Storage, but it won’t delete.
• I’ve checked my Screen Time restrictions, and app deletion is allowed.
• The app persists even after multiple restarts.
