16 Pro Max gaming issue with Westland Survival game

Recently bought the 16 Pro Max. I cannot log on to the game Westland Survival. The game gives me an error message stating that a connection cannot be made when I am using 5G/Data or when I use my phone as a hotspot for my computer the computer version of the game gives me the same error message. Both will work if I am on a Wifi network, both the phone version of the game and the computer version of the game. Has anyone else had this issue?
