My new iphone 13 mini has automatically been named Donna’s iphone 7 after icloud transfer from my old iphone 7. I’ve changed the name to Donna’s iphone 13 on the new device, BUT it’s still showing as Donna’s iphone 7 (together with my old/real iphone 7!) everywhere on the 13 and across ALL of my other devices!! HOW/WHERE do I correct this please please please..???

That is the only place that you need to change it. My experience has been that sometimes it immediately changes on other devices, sometimes a restart of each of the devices is needed and sometimes I just wait awhile.

Where did you change the name? On your iPhone did you open Settings > General > About and change the name of the phone there?
Yes, that’s where I changed it.. no problem, but it didn’t change the name in other places on the new iphone 13 nor anywhere on my other devices!
