CapCut Export Issues on macOS Ventura (4K Video Fails)

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using CapCut on my MacBook Air M2 running macOS Ventura to edit 4K videos for my YouTube channel. Everything works smoothly during the editing process, but I’m facing a major issue when exporting videos.

Whenever I try to export a 4K video (30 fps or higher), the progress bar gets stuck at random percentages, and the app eventually crashes. I’ve already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Restarted my Mac and closed all background apps to free up memory.
  • Updated CapCut to the latest version available on the Mac App Store.
  • Tested with smaller projects (1080p videos export without issues).
  • Reinstalled CapCut completely.

Despite these attempts, the issue persists with 4K exports. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a compatibility issue with macOS Ventura, or could it be related to M2 hardware? Any suggestions to fix this or alternative workflows would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!
