Unblocking FaceTime numbers on Macbook running macOS 15.1.1

How do I UN-BLOCK a number on the laptop os 15.1.1 facetime?

A number that I use all the time for Facetime calls from the iPhone and iPad is blocked on the Macbook OS 15.1. Therefore, I cannot use FaceTime with this person on my laptop. The documentation for unblocking the numbers using 'Preferences', does not match menu selections on the MacBook. What exists is 'Settings, 'of course. Settings has a 'Blocked' numbers option. It offers the option of adding new numbers. It does not show a minus '-' sign to permit the unblocking of a number. Pressing the minus button does not work. How do I unblock a number?
