How do I transfer my photos and other personal data to a new iPhone?

There are two iPhones: a new iPhone 13 with a new Apple ID and an older Xr iPhone with my original Apple ID. From the original Apple ID account, I want to move all my photos and purchases from iTunes to my new Apple account. Show response by Winston+Churchill to a similar question.

Transferring photos from old iPhone to new iPhone without access to old iCloud Bit of a difficult one to explain, but i'll give it my best shot: My old Apple ID seems to have recently been "removed" and I no longer have any access to it (or iCloud) and cannot recover it either. Honestly, I have no idea how or why... I just got a new phone (unrelated, my contract was up) but I had to create a new Apple ID due to the above issue. I have tried every way I can think of to transfer my photos from my old phone to my new phone, but they just will not send across. I think it's because they're still linked to the previous iCloud? Nothing works as they seem to be locked onto my old iCloud and it will not let me do anything with them. Any idea how I can get around this at all?? How to retrieve pictures onto new phone i got a new IPhone 14 and all of my photos and Notes transferred over. Since they had transferred, I deleted them off of my old phone that I sold back to AT&T. After they deleted everything off of my old phone, it also deleted off of my new phone. I had plenty of iCloud storage. Thank you for your help.

My old iphone synced and copied all my stuff from my new phone So I was trying to recover some old photos from my old iPhone and transfer it to my new phone that I’ve had for about a year now and I have new phones and messages on it. We’ll I forgot to do a Icloud back up on it and it told me to log into my iCloud in order for me to access current photos but once I input my iCloud my photos and messages from my new phone started to pop up on my old one and now all my photos are gone from my old phone. Is there a way to get them back, I need them asap!

The normal way would be to use Use Quick Start to transfer data to a new iPhone or iPad - Apple Support. However, I'm not sure what type of mess that using two Apple IDs would cause in the process other than you certainly will not have access to the old content from the new ID. Hopefully a more experienced member has some ideas.
