Relocating Logic Pro Sound Library to Samsung T7 external drive

I am trying to relocate Logic Pro Sound library to my Samsung T7 external drive. When I chose to "Relocate the Sound Library" in Logic Pro, I get a pop-up window with my hard drives by my T7 is grayed out so I can not select it. See attachment.

I have searched the forum and taken the following steps. First, this external drive does not have Time Machine backup going to it. Second, I opened Privacy and Security and granted Logic Pro Full Disk Access - which was a recommendation. Any other thoughts, I can't imagine why this would not work?

I am using this drive as a backup for all of my critical files on my Mac.
