"Respond with Message" option while receiving calls  missing post iOS 18.2

What Call? On an iPhone, you can make and receive various types of calls. Here are the different types:

It's not always the iOS update's fault!  Many things can cause phone problems.  If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

The "Respond with Text" option typically appears on the lock screen when you receive a voice call. It's a quick way to send a text response without answering the call. When your phone is unlocked, the call interface will appear in the normal incoming call screen, with the option to respond with text available, but it might not be as prominently displayed as on the lock screen.
