iPad locked on a certain screen

I was going to play a game on my iPad when I accidentally clicked on the home app and it started giving me those apple pop ups (or whatever they’re called) but I closed my iPad and now the screen is locked on the home app pop up, asking if I want critical alerts. “Home’ Would Like To Send You Critical Alerts. Critical Alerts always play a sound and appear on the Lock Screen even if your iPad is muted or a Focus is on. Manage Critical Alerts in Settings.”
