I've read that both the latest versions of the iPhone and iPad iOS are not playing nice with Microsoft Exchange Server. No errors. Able to send email, not receive. BTW, I'm the admin for my small company 1, which has been successfully using Apple products synced with Exchange for many years.

What error message do you see when you attempt to receive a mail? Contact your Exchange administrator for help. They control an Exchange mail account.
I’m having the same issue with sporadic problems and only a reboot fixes it. Apple confirmed today via phone and escalated software support that there’s an internal directive to fix it. It’s not a problem with the exchange set up… It’s a problem with the latest mail version on iOS 18.2 and it was not fixed in 18.2.1 unfortunately.
The day after I posted my message, the system was OK again. I contacted our exchange admin and he said that nothing was changed recently on the server. So for about 5 days it was just on the blink for whatever reason.
The quote: “ Insanity Is Doing the Same Thing Over and Over Again and Expecting Different Results” is attributed to Albert Einstein, which proves that he was not working in IT.
i have the same problem with my iPhone 14 since I changed my password on the exchange server 3 days ago.
No problem with my iPad though.

Zero issues for me with Exchange on my iPhone 16 Pro Max, running iOS 18.2.1 either.
It’s definitely sporadic. Only in the last several hours has the summary on Google AI even recognized that there are folks having problems. It’s becoming a little bit more known now and it’s definitely sporadic.
Sometimes I will have all 20 accounts crap out, other times just a sometimes just a couple, and sometimes I will have nothing going wrong for hours.
For what it’s worth I’ve been running the same accounts for five years without issues until now.
So you are saying that you are using the same password on the iPhone and the iPad, but you are experiencing problems with the iPhone as far as Exchange Mail? I suggest that you contact your Exchange administrator, they can see if something is blocking the one device. They control how Mail works on their Exchange server.
Nice to know, but I'm not experiencing any problems with my Exchange account, so it must be sporadic. Nice to know they are aware of it.
