"Save as" option not showing up in Pages File drop down menu

I'm on Sequoia 15.1.1 on a M4 MacBook and every time I want to "save as" in one of my Pages documents I have to go to help, search "save as" and only then will it show up as an option. Anyone know how I might just have it as an option without having to do that weird ritual? Thanks in advance!

This is annoying! In former versions of MacOS I already deactivated that weird auto save feature. But after updating to MacOS Monterey the setting was already activated by Apple. Any ideas how I can leave an opened document untouched when using the "Save as ..." feature? And any ideas how to prevent from changing that weird auto save feature in future updates?

Autosave in Numbers & Pages I have a MacBook Pro, running Sonoma 14.1, using Pages & Number version 13.2. Why is the autosave not working? I have gone into File...Save, but as soon as I enter new info, it doesn't autosave. Thanks in advance for help, Scott

continuous pages in a MacOS Page Document All of my Pages documents are showing as continuous pages and I cannot seem to find a parameter to turn this off. Is there a way to change how I view documents in pages to show single pages (not continuous)?

Hold down the option key on your keyboard with the File Menu opened.
