Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues on iPhone
Have been having an issue with my Wi-Fi was unable to connect or on both the Bluetooth, and have tried rest my network it doesn’t work why help me please

If wi-fi and Bluetooth are both greyed out, then you need to seek service from Apple. Wi-fi and Bluetooth are both controlled on the same chip and when you see this it generally means the chip has failed. Use this to make a Genius Bar appointment or other service options.
