Slightly dull area on iPad Pro m1 12.9 screen

Hi everyone,

First-time poster here! I’ve noticed an issue with my iPad Pro 12.9 M1 screen and was hoping the community could help me understand it better.

There’s a slightly dull area on the screen compared to the surrounding parts. The glass itself looks fine, and there’s nothing on the surface—it’s only noticeable when the screen is on, especially on a white background.

The iPad is now out of warranty, so I’m wondering:

1. Could this be covered under UK consumer law?

2. If not, what are my options for fixing it, and what might it cost?

3. Should I consider just living with it?
