This started about five days ago. I dropped my phone from about 10-15 feet, got the screen replaced, and ever since my Face ID stopped working. I have latest iOS 18.2, when I tried to reset and retry the Face ID, it couldn’t sense my face in the setup. The front camera works perfectly fine.

Who replaced the screen? If it was Apple or an authorized service center, take it back and have them fix it.
If a 3rd party repair shop did it, then you don't have an original Apple screen and Face ID will no longer work.
Unfortunately Apple won't touch it now that the phone has been tampered with. You will have to live without Face ID on that phone.

It was T-Mobile, and my warranty is expired. I will take it to Apple to see what they can do. Thanks for the reply’s.
The warranty for the repair should still be valid if it was only done 5 days ago.
I meant the warranty for the phone. I payed for the repair out of pocket.
