All of You is a paid app, and it does not show up in the App Store list of my purchased apps. It shows up under Other in iCloud on my MacBookPro, but I don't see it in iCloud on my iPhone.

I've tried to delete it from iCloud on my MacBook by going to Settings>Manage Storage>All of YouAA and clicking Delete From iCloud, but won't delete.
What can I do to get rid of it?

It's apparently an app you had on your Mac at some point and you enabled it to store data in iCloud. What happens if you press "Remove from iCloud" in the box shown in the last screenshot?
The app itself is not stored in iCloud. And the amount of data is negligible. I wouldn't invest too much time in the issue.
Idris, as it happens, I had to go to my iPhone to effectively delete the app from iCloud.
