Availability of Apple Intelligence in Switzerland

Hello everyone

I am a Swiss resident currently considering upgrading my iPhone to a newer model that supports Apple Intelligence. According to Apple and other sources, Apple Intelligence features are currently unavailable or heavily restricted in EU countries.

Can someone comment on the status in european non EU countries (specifically switzerland)? I saw that currently only english device languages are supported which would not be an issue as I have set my phone to american english; but could not find any definitive answer on regional availability for swiss users.
