Troubleshooting iPhone Safari:
A. Clear the Temporary Internet Files:
B. Close All Apps:
Safari is not responding and is then reopening So, close all apps. Hold you finger down as you swipe up. Then, close all of these open apps, by sweeping up quickly for each and every app. Try this once more.
C. Disconnect from a VPN:
Are you connected to a VPN? If so, disconnect from it.
D. Restart your iPhone:
While troubleshooting this, be sure to restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
E. Report this to Apple:
Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this, letting them know about this issue. Apple may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they receive on this, the more they will know what is occurring, and what bug fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don't report it to them.
