How do I get my photos from iCloud to my iPhone

Soo I opened the photos app on my phone and like a majority of my pictures and videos were gone now I’ve always had little to no storage so I’ve been trying to delete videos so I can clear it out and make sum space but they were gone now before i had like 9,500 - 10,000 photos on my phone and it was making my phone crash I couldn’t even unlock my phone cause once I did the screen would go black and now I got a iPhone 12 iPhones usually break because they want you to buy their newer versions but still.. so I deleted stuff and deleted stuff and it still wasn’t enough but yeah opened the app and it was like 300 -400 videos and photos on my phone and so I looked up what to do they told me to log in to iCloud so I did thankfully all my stuff was still their but when I add new videos and pictures they just stay in the phone and don’t go to iCloud 🤷🏾‍♀️ 🤧 it’s been like this for months now and I still haven’t fixed this i don’t know what to do I went from 9,500 to 6,529 and it’s STILL NOT Enough and what’s tripping me out is on when I had more videos and stuff they was still letting me add stuff and everything but when I’m finally deleting stuff they don’t let me do anything can’t download nothing I’m at the point where whatever’s on that phone actually needs to be there how much do they want from me ?? and sync is on and when I was searching up what to do they said download it but if I download it and it worked wouldn’t it just pop back on my phone in order like not in the way it was before and the dates are all over the place? I don’t know please anyone what do I do ????? I just want it back to the way it was...

I'm sorry but I just give up when I see a large block of text not broken up into sentences.

By the way, "sum" means a mathematical total, "some" means a partial selection.

Your wifi signal is weak, your cellular signal is weak, and you don't appear to be connected to power as recommended.

Re: "i don’t know what to do I went from 9,500 to 6,529 and it’s STILL NOT Enough "

If you were looking to free up local storage space on the iPhone, note two things:

  • When you delete something, it stays around in the Recently Deleted album for 30 days, or until you delete it from there, whichever comes first. Only after it is deleted from there (i.e. permanently deleted) do you get the space back. Until then, the space is needed to hold the item in case you change your mind about deleting it.
  • If you are using iCloud Photos and have Optimize iPhone Storage turned on, the phone is in complete of when to substitute "space-saving" local versions of photos for full-size local versions, and vice versa. That means that it might try to keep as many full-size versions as possible instead of just freeing up local storage that isn't needed right now, for the purpose of freeing it up. Its behavior in this regard is not specified completely.

Sorry, nobody is going to do that. This is not a forum for asking for donations from other users. The Moderators may be along shortly to redact your "cashapp" user name, as I have here.

P.S. – The fact that you are asking for this money suggests that you are not paying for enough iCloud+ storage to hold all of your "9,500 - 10,000 photos" (and videos?) on your phone. If you don't have a big enough iCloud+ storage plan, that would be another reason why new photos and videos are not syncing (on top of the possible reasons that Limnos already mentioned).
