Is there a way to restore recently deleted Photos stored on iCloud?

Hello, I recently linked my phone to my old iPad hadn’t used it in awhile (my parents were going to be using it) so I deleted all the photos on it but didn’t realise that it was connected fully to my phone so the next day I went on and all my photos were deleted of my phone. I am devastated. What can I do to fix this. I will pay anything. Please help

Recently Deleted Folder: Every apple device has a "Recently Deleted" album, specifically designed for the photos app. On iOS, you need to open the Photos app, if it loads you into your Recent image album exit that view, scroll down to the bottom, you will see "Recently Deleted." Keep in mind that this folder holds images only for 30 days.
