SATECHI - MAC MINI M2 - not working 3 monitors

Hi, currently, on mac mini m2, I am using 2 monitors connected by HDMI and USB-C, sometimes, I am also able to connect by AirPlay, that sum 3 monitors, however, I don't want to connect by AirPlay, and using Satechi Dock Station (when I bought this hub, it is saying that it would be possible and compatible to connect 3 monitors on Mac M2), even thoug it is necessary to install DisplayLink Manager. However, I have tried to do it, and unfortunately, it is not working, no monitors are being connected. According to the Satechi manual, mac mini hdmi shall be connected to the first hdmi port, considering that, there are more 2 hdmi, how 3 monitors could be connected? even if one should be connected by usb-c, it is not working, it seems that mac mini is not recognizing to the satechi in order to extend to the monitors. please, let me know if someone had any experiencie and / or have gotten to connect (explain how the connection must be done). thx.

The 2023 M2 Mac mini only supports two displays.

The 2023 M2 Pro Mac mini supports three displays.

see "Display Support" at > Mac mini (2023) - Tech Specs - Apple Support

and > Connect a display to Mac mini - Apple Support

The Satechi Hub might be able to support two low res. mirrored displays, but it can not override the Mac mini's ability to use more high res. extended displays.
