Automatic Language Transition for Logic Pro X

Hi all,

This issue's been frustrating for a while and i hope you guys can help me set this up.

So as many bilingual users are already familiar with, Apple offers "Automatically switch to a document's input source" option. Thank God for this, BUT since LPX does not have an input source per se, this feature isnt applied (unless you always keep the notes panel open).

And this is quite frustrating. I use the notes or message on my laptop while I record and stuff, so that automatic switching feature not doing its magic on LPX has been consistently challenging my patience with white pop-ups when i forget to change my language upon popping back to LPX.

SOOOOOOOOO would anybody know a way to fix this?

so far, i've tried

  • Forcing LPX language input on terminal with the "defaults write com.apple.logicpro AppleLanguages '(en)'"
  • Customize language setting for LPX as English
  • Praying
  • Crying
  • Reminding myself to change language when im back on LPX, but i have ADHD

I will love you for the entirety of my existence if you come up with a solution. ChatGPT hasnt been successful yet.

Love yall
