iPhone 13 Read Receipts Showing Despite Being Turned Off

Check Individual Conversations:

• Open the Messages app.
• Go to any conversation where read receipts are being sent.
• Tap the contact's name at the top.
• Ensure that Send Read Receipts is turned off for that specific contact. Sometimes, settings can be overridden for individual contacts.
