Siri Not Speaking on M1 iPad Air 5th Generation

My Device: M1 iPad Air (5th Generation)

Current Version: iPadOS 18.2

One day I was adjusting the settings and it turns out Siri stopped speaking and now I am not sure how to fix the issue

(I just adjusted both:

1. "Accessibility" settings and
2. "Apple Intelligence & Siri" settings

& I am not sure what settings I changed caused the issue or how to fix it)

1. What settings might cause this issue? (So that I can change them back)

and/or

2. How do I fix the issue? (and how do I make Siri go back to normal and actually speaking again?)
