Audio is distorted on iPhone 15 Pro

I noticed that certain songs and ringtones are distorted when played on my iPhone 15 Pro. The same songs play fine on my iPhone 8Plus. The songs are distorted no matter how they are played (AirPod pro2, iPhone speakers, other Bluetooth speakers.). I’ve seen other posts complaining about IPhone 15 speakers having distortion at higher volumes, but this seems to be something in the sound processing since it happens on AirPods too. Is anyone else noticing this?

If you have an iPhone 15, play the “Unfold” ringtone and see if you have the same problem.

If you have a hearing or sound issue on your device then please try some of these processes to set it right

If the above options do not mitigate the issues then Contact your carrier and then Contact Apple Support
