Is it possible to downgrade my iPhone to iOS 18?

I updated my phone to the latest version. But the battery drained quickly. I want to go back to this version IOS 18.2 (22C5125e) or to 18.0. Is that possible?

You cannot go back to iOS 17.x.x You’ll need to work towards resolving the battery usage of the apps.

Um… 18.2 IS the current version.
