FaceTime on AppleTv 4K NOT WORKING

I have been trying to use FaceTime on my ATV but until now it has never worked.

I have an ATV 2nd Gen with OS 18.2 and an iPhone 15 with also 18.2

I can connect my account and my iPhone with the ATV. When I place my phone under the TV I can see myself, however no call will go through. I also ask someone to call me through FaceTime while being connected to the ATV and same thing, it does not go through.

I’ve checked all the settings on my ATV and on my phone but did not see any thing to improve the situation.

What is the matter there and how can I get it to work ?
