Taprecord App, fails to move to trash on my Mac mini m4

Taprecord cannot be removed from mini m4, used the following: Finder/file info/permission "UNLOCK"/

SYSINFO/move to trash/failed!

Is there a permanent fix for QuickLook constantly not working? For the last 5 years it seems the quicklook feature of the MacOS finder has been buggy. The feature, which allows you to get a quick preview of a file by hitting the spacebar, constantly stops working, requiring one to go into the Activity Monitor, find the stopped function and force quit it. It then starts working again. You have to do this almost every day, even more than once a day, for the function to work. This has been an issue for years. "Quicklook not working mac" has 3.4 million results on Google. How do we get a permanent fix on this?

Can’t delete apps I want to delete apps from my MacBook Pro that are no longer supported by Monterey. However, I have tried dragging to the trash, but this doesn’t work. I have tried making the app icon wiggle, but it will not allow me to delete. (Has a whited out “no” symbol on top of the app.) I appreciate any help.

Startup in Safe Mode, then move Taprecord to the Trash and empty.
