here are a few reason it might not be ringing.

Do Not Disturb or Focus mode: If your iPhone is in Do Not Disturb mode, incoming calls will go straight to voicemail. You can check this by going to Settings > Focus > Do Not Disturb.

Airplane mode: Airplane mode turns off Wi-Fi and cellular data, so your phone won't ring if it's on. You can turn Airplane mode on, wait five seconds, and then turn it off.

Speaker port: The speaker port might be clogged. You can try dragging the Ringtone and Alerts slider back and forth a few times. If you don't hear any sound, or if the speaker button is dimmed, your speaker might need service.

Call forwarding: Call forwarding sends incoming calls to another number. You can check this by going to Settings > Phone > Call Forwarding.
