iMovie preview screen is not working on a 13in iPad Pro

Using a 13in iPad Pro. iMovies preview screen not advancing from one photo to the next. I can see it progress in the timeline, but not in the preview screen above. It stays static. I have both iMovies and the OS updated. Older projects I transferred from another older iPad 1st generation seem uneffected.

iMovie on iPad won't transition to a different photo I am using iMovie version 3.0.5 on my iPad with iOS 18.2. I am trying to make a movie in iMovie. When I add multiple pictures, it will only show the first photo. It will not transition into the new picture in edit mode or just playing it from the project list. When I manually move the play line, it will transition, but when I hit the play button, it will not. I have added different types of transitions, deleted transitions, and it still will only show the first picture. I've never experienced this issue before. Is there something that needs to be updated in the app?

iMovie Project not Opening in iPhone 13 pro I created many video projects in iMovie, most recently there has been a delay while editing. I tried to delete the app but lost all of my projects, I did the hard re-start as well. I decided to start a new project with the same video. This time, I edited the project the entire way through, now iMovie will not open the project at all. I can add projects and the editing works but it is still glitchy with a delay while editing. I did the most recent update thinking it will fix all of this but still nothing. I restarted, and did the hard re-start shut down and still cannot open the project or fix any glitches. How can open this project?
