How can I charge my iPhone 15 off
Hi there I just bought a iPhone 15 coming from android, am confused and looking for a way to charge my iPhone when it’s off

There really isn't a reason one needs to power off an iPhone. The best method for charging is to charge it at night, connected to Wifi, with iCloud backup turned on. That way, you awaken to a fully charged phone, which also backs up nightly, so you can't lose your data, should something go wrong.
If you still believe you need to charge it powered off, plug it in to charge, wait for the charging symbol, then power it off. It will charge and the phone will be off. Again, it's not necessary to power down an iPhone to charge it.
