How do I reset volume settings on my iPhone 16 Plus?
sometones when I try to lower the volume on my IPhone it simply won’t go all the way down and will automatically bring its self back up

You can't reset audio settings. Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
