How can I reset my iPhone 13 to factory settings?

I got a new iphone 13 yesterday, but made a pin code i cant remember, and now i cant get into the phone. When i connect the phone to my windows pc, it doesnt show up in itunes or apple finder. I have also not logged into the phone with my apple account,. The only thing i want is just to reset the phone to factory settings, so that i can start over and make a new pin code.
