Are my HomePods broken?

Every other day my HomePods need to be reset. They won't play music from my iPhone or MacBook without a reset, and sometimes a complete restart. This happens for all my HomePods. I have spoken to Apple and they just tell me to keep resetting. I can't believe that they are really this bad as a product. Is there something I am missing?

4 HomePods stuck in configuring for days I've got a mix of 2 older HomePods and 2 of the new HomePods. After the most recent update, they have been flaky and stuck in configuring. I've factory reset them but when they are added again, it's the same thing. I can still get them to play music but not fully functional. This has been going on for about a week. Saw another thread saying I had to delete everything including the home and start over. This will be a last resort as we've got 4 HomePods, 7 Apple Tv's, plus locks, etc. so this sounds very painful.

Having to factory reset Airpods Max after every charge My Airpods max have worked fine for at least a year. I take them off when I leave my desk and plug them into the charger. Today, every time I unplug them they will not connect and the noise cancelling is turned on and will not turn off. I have to do a factory reset to connect to my iPhone or PC.

All my HomePods are saying “there’s a problem with Apple Music” Out of the blue, all of my HomePods have started saying that “there is a problem with Apple Music”. It happens when trying to control them with Siri. If I control them from my phone or iPad, they can access the music. I’ve tried resetting the HomePods without success. I haven’t changed any settings so can’t understand why they have started to sulk. I’ve got two HomePods Minis and a HomePod and they are in different rooms. This is very frustrating.

could also be an issue with your wifi router, if it was me then I would check if there were a firmware update for the wifi router available
