Remove grey dots on calendar dates

After the recent update, 18.1.1, there are grey dots on almost all dates in my calendar even though there are no events or after I delete all events for that date. Can someone please help me fix this?

iPhone 7, iOS 15

It has to do with the view you have for your calendar. You currently have it in List view, which would show a list of the events scheduled if there were any. If you have events on a particular date, you will see the color of the calendar you have the event in. If there are no events scheduled for the day, then you see the grey dot, as witnessed by the No Events you see under the calendar. If you change the view to Compact, there are no dots under the days with no events. If you use Details, they grey dots do not show either, but you see more about the daily events in the calendar. Tap the icon to the left of the magnifying glass to select the view you want to use.

All I can do is provide information based on what I see with my calendar. I have a personal calendar in iCloud and my work calendar in Exchange. What I explained is what I see in those views. I'm sorry your's does not match, but maybe someone else will respond with their information. You also have the option to contact Apple support and discuss it with them, or you can just provide them with feedback here, Feedback - iPhone - Apple
