iMovie freezing after iPhone update

After the last iPhone update, I discovered I could no longer use my iMovie app.

iMovie issued an update to correct it, but it was unsuccessful, at least for me.

if I start a project on iMovie, I can add the audio, and I can add the photos, and do anything I need to do, but I cannot do anything with the frozen photos.

I know it’s not a phone issue, because my wife is having the same problem with iMovie. I’ve used this app for 10 years, and treasure it.

Is anyone out there, currently having the same issues? Has anyone found any resolution, with their problem?

I hope that someone can help me figure out how to fix this problem, or that Apple is working on the situation.
