Why my iPhone cannot connect with the PC?
after battery changed, my phone cannot connect and charge with the pc, while another iphone can? (with the same cable)

Battery changed by who, exactly? If by anyone other than Apple or an actual Apple Authorized Service Provider, you don't have an authentic battery in your phone, which could certainly be one reason it's not recognized. And if changed by anyone else, Apple won't touch your phone and there's little we can offer to help you.
