iPhone 8 battery drainage issue

I would hope you have replaced the battery at least once. What is your Battery Health at Settings > Battery > Maximum Capacity? If it is below 80%, it needs replacing.

Also review your Social Media apps such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Meta has updated their apps that has caused poor battery performance due to background processes running even when you are not using the apps. It is a known issue with those apps and will require an update by Meta to resolve that problem. Users who have removed them found a significant increase in their battery performance.

Can you please provide us with your battery health percentage, also a screenshot of your battery usage? You can do so by going to Settings > Battery.
