I need to update my new iPhone 16. But I don’t have WiFi. How do i update it without WiFi during set up?

After the Update or Restore completes, set up your device. Did you get an error code or alert when trying this step?
What error message do you get when you disable WiFi and try to update over mobile data?
You need to use 5G Cellular in order to update your phone using cellular. If you aren't on 5G, you can't use cellular and you will need to use Wi-Fi.
