Unable to activate Siri in iPhone 16 pro max

How do I use Siri if “Talk and write to Siri” is not lit (off) in Settings on iphone 16 pro max. Unable to turn on.

Please check Screen Time Restrictions.

Settings > Content and Privacy Restrictions > Intelligence and Siri > Siri & Dictation [Enable]
