Do you meet EVERY requirement for Apple Intelligence as detailed in this link --> How to get Apple Intelligence - Apple Support (CA)

1. You don't live in the EU or China, where Apple Intelligence is not yet available?
2. Your phone wasn't manufactured for the China Market (model number would end in CH/A in Settings > General > About > Model)?
3. If neither 1 nor 2 applies to you, have you set the language and Siri language to one of the supported languages as listed in the link I provided?

Open Settings ➢ General ➢ Software Update and update to iOS 18.2 or later.

Next, you must establish your connection to a WiFi network 🛜, not simply a mobile hotspot.

If Apple Intelligence is stuck on your iPhone:

1. Open Settings ➢ General ➢ iPhone Storage.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap ⚙️ iOS.
3. Apple Intelligence should be fully downloaded if it reads: 2.56 GB.

Now, go directly to Settings ➢ Apple Intelligence & Siri and you should find the prompt or switch to toggle on Apple Intelligence.
